There was a real sense of excitement and celebration in our Primary 5/6 classroom as we enjoyed the final days of school before the summer break- schools out for the summer!
The children made the most of the beautiful weather with lots of outdoor learning in the sunshine. From taking lessons outside to enjoying fresh air and fun activities, it was a lovely way to wrap up the year together.
We also treated ourselves to some delicious ice cream, which went down a treat on the sunny days! Thank you to Mace for providing our lovely ice cream. A trip to the local park provided even more fun, with plenty of laughter, games and time to relax with friends.
Back at school, the class enjoyed a fantastic end-of-year party filled with music, dancing and great memories. The celebrations were rounded off with some creative artwork activities, where the pupils showed off their imagination and artistic talents.
It has been a wonderful year in P5/6, and we are so proud of everything the children have achieved. We wish everyone a happy, safe and relaxing summer break- we’ll see you all in September!
