Our boys and girls travelled to the Loughgilly Blitz on Friday and put in a fantastic performance throughout the day.
The team faced strong opposition from Drumilly and Tullyherron in the group stages, showing great skill, teamwork and determination to progress to the Shield Final.
In the final, they came up against a talented Ballymoyer side and, despite a tremendous effort from everyone, unfortunately it wasn't our day.
While the result didn't go our way, we are incredibly proud of how far the boys and girls have come this year. Their commitment, enthusiasm and improvement have been evident at every blitz and training session, and they represented the school brilliantly once again.
A special word of thanks goes to our coaches, Ciara and Miss Hill, for all their hard work and dedication throughout the year. We would also like to acknowledge the valuable support provided through the after-school GAA coaching programme and the Armagh GAA coaching sessions on Mondays with Aileen Matthews, which have helped our pupils develop their skills and confidence.
Well done to all involved on a fantastic achievement and for being such excellent ambassadors for our school. We are very proud of you all!
