On November 25th we saw the first Kids Court event in St. Michael's Primary School, Newtownhamilton.
Motorists speeding past our school were given the choice of accepting a fine... or facing a jury of P7 children (who had some very tough questions about their driving habits!).
Facing the children really makes motorists think about their speed and this is what makes Kids Court such a powerful experience.
Thanks to all our P7 jury members for helping to raise awareness of road safety issues in our community.
