Our Primary 5/6 pupils have been working enthusiastically with the Book Creator app as part of their World Around Us topic on ‘Water’, focusing on the stages of ‘The Water Cycle’. Using the iPads, the children designed their own eBooks, learning how to add text, insert and edit images, choose backgrounds/ special effects, and create hyperlinks between pages. Before beginning their digital books, the class carefully planned their informative writing to ensure clear and accurate explanations. The children thoroughly enjoyed exploring the features of Book Creator and developing their understanding of the water cycle through creative digital storytelling.
