Festive Gingerbread Cookies for P5/6

Ready for the pupils to enjoy on the way home!
We made enough for everyone in P5/6
After cooling in the fridge for 30 mins, roll out to 0.5cm thick
Mix altogether until a dough forms
Add 4 tbsp of golden syrup
Add 1 egg
Add in 175g of light brown sugar
Rub in the butter until it looks like breadcrumbs

Adding in 125g of butter cut into small pieces
Adding in 1tps of ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg
Carefully weighing out 350g plain flour
